PREPARATION OF SURFACE
First of all remove all dirt flaky chalky and loose particles by using Emery/sand paper, wire brush or putty blade. Surface should be moistened with water prior to the application of Silk Smooth Wall Putty wall putty.
MIXING INSTRUCTION
Mix the Silk Smooth Wall Putty with the recommended water i.e. (6-7 liters per 20kg bag) with a high speed mixer or with hand agitator thoroughly to make a homogenous paste for 3-5 minutes. In normal conditions, keep the Silk Smooth Wall Putty mixure for 10-15 minutes, restir and use. material should be used with in one hour after mixing.
APPLICATION PROCESS & USEAGE
First of all dampen the surface with water and allow excess water to drain off. Then apply mixed material as per instruction with trowel/blade for repairing and filling fine cracks blockwork, brickwork and defects in concrete surface. Thickness of first coat should be 1.5mm and not more than 2mm. Second coat should be applied when first coat is dry, total thickness should not be more then 3mm. For finest surface use well cleaned tools and equipments.

Silk Smooth Wall Putty is supplied in 5kg/20kg/40kg packsizes. Store the packaking in a clean dry area Protected from direct sunlight and extreme heat and cold. Its shelf life is six months.
